Returns & Refunds

This demonstration website does not process payments, so there is nothing to refund through the site itself. If you later commission work directly with the studio, returns and remakes are discussed case by case. Ready-made pieces in unused condition may be considered for return within seven days of delivery when arranged in writing. Custom or made-to-order jewelry is produced to your agreed design and is typically not returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please inspect pieces on arrival and contact us promptly if something is not as described.
